OFR has served over 19,800 Families of our Wounded and Disabled Veterans
Nationwide with Emergency Financial Needs since 2004
OUR COMMITMENT
The mission of Operation First Response, Inc (OFR) is to serve all branches of our nation’s Wounded Heroes/Disabled Veterans and their families with personal and financial needs. Services are provided from the onset of injuries or illness, throughout their recovery period and along their journey from military life to the civilian world. Financial aid varies as each case is based on individual needs ranging from rent, utilities, vehicle payments, groceries, clothing, and travel expenses.
Operation First Response is a vehicle for a proud America.
We could not serve our wounded Heroes and their families without your support. Donating to our organization ensures that our Heroes get the help they need and deserve in troubling times upon their return home.

Please join us in giving the gift of hope to end PTSD.
We have been on this journey for 16 years and served over 20,000 military families beginning from the onset of injury, throughout their recovery and their transition into the civilian world. During this time we have modified our assistance with the needs of their journey. The daunting rise in suicides during the past years have become a significant concern and putting a stop to this issue has become a high priority for my staff, understanding that we may not be able to stop every suicide however every successful attempt is a significant accomplishment. The ripple effects of suicide spans generations so every effort needs to be made to end this epidemic.
Stellate Ganglion Block (SBG) For Treatment of PTSD
In April of 2018 we were contacted by a member of Dr. Eugene Lipov’s team looking for support for members of the military that were candidates for the Stellate Ganglion Block (SBG) procedure but without financial assistance, they would not be able to afford this treatment. After extensive investigating of the SGB procedure and Dr. Lipov’s expertise in this area, to include his success rate, we felt led to take this endeavor on and since have had the honor of assisting 55 Veterans with the cost of the procedure. Since the recent media exposure for this procedure we are receiving many new requests for assistance with the cost of the SGB procedure.
We need your help, your donations will bring hope for our Heroes to move forward.Â
