Email us the following information at info@operationfirstresponse.org
- The name this gift is in memory/honor of
- Your name and address
- The name and address for the acknowledgment
- Make the donation using PayPal or your credit card online
- Once the donation has been received by OFR, you will receive a confirmation Email
- An acknowledgment will be sent via your instructions
